Acceptable Use Policy
Rules designed to keep Nythra safe, lawful, and reliable for all customers.
Effective July 19, 2026 · Version 2026-07-19
Use targets responsibly
Use Nythra only for lawful monitoring of targets you are authorized to access. Respect applicable access controls, contractual restrictions, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, and laws governing automated access and personal data.
Prohibited activity
- Monitoring private, authenticated, or access-controlled content without authorization.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, evade sanctions, or gain unauthorized access.
- Harassment, stalking, surveillance of individuals, discrimination, or collection of sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, fraud, illegal goods or services, or infringement of another party’s rights.
- Excessive or intentionally disruptive traffic, denial-of-service activity, load testing third-party targets without permission, or circumvention of Nythra limits.
- Reselling or sharing account access in a way that defeats plan limits, or using the service to build a directly competing monitoring service without written permission.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate activity that creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk. When appropriate, we may ask you to change a configuration before restoring access.
Report suspected abuse or security issues using the support contact below. Good-faith security research must avoid accessing other users’ data, disrupting service, or publicly disclosing an unresolved vulnerability.
